The Agreement
Voluntary Assumption of Risk
The Balazs Protocol is not medical advice. It is an experimental performance framework. By engaging this protocol, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily subjecting your physiology to stressors (thermal, hypoxic, metabolic) designed to force adaptation. You assume full liability for all biological outcomes. We engineer the inputs; your body determines the outputs.

The Expectation
Data Integrity & Consistency
The success of the Protocol relies entirely on the quality of the data we collect. Consistent telemetry allows us to make precise, engineering-grade adjustments to your physiology.
Cohort Standards: To maintain the high standard of our results, active clients are expected to upload biometrics regularly. Extended gaps in data collection may result in a pause of the engagement to ensure we are not operating on outdated information.

The Payment
Retainer Structure
Access to the Architect is secured via a non-refundable quarterly retainer. This fee secures your slot in the cohort, not a specific result. We do not sell "cures"; we sell oversight, strategy, and access to the methodology.
